Hi! I have a question: if I only offered fanfic in my sign-up and my assigned recipient accepts both fanfic and fanart, am I allowed to create art for them instead?

Indeed, you are allowed to fill any of your recipient's requests that you choose, including art prompts! Minimum is one clean sketch on unlined paper.
