This year saw a radical drop in sign-ups – 19 compared to 53 last year – so I would also like to hear from people who would have wanted to sign up/signed up last year but not this year on what kept you from signing up.

The Schedule – what did people think of the schedule and would people rather the exchange happen elsewhen in the year? Having all of my exchanges exactly in a row is a suboptimal situation and depending on how my co-mod's schedule looks next year, I'm considering moving CharactOR to some other time of year. Do people have preferences/suggestions?

Before! (Or overlapping with FiaB noms/sign-ups, if there's overlap.) After FiaB, it's the end-of-year holidays, which always feels busy. [eta: also, post-FiaB is when people doing the whole 3c set are often like "FUCK I GOTTA ACTUALLY DO MY FFFX ASSIGNMENT NOW", I feel.]

Nodnod. I'll discuss with my comod and see how their schedule looks next year. I'm spending July modding juletide so squeezing CORE in before September is probably not feasible, meaning at least some overlap with FiaB.
